New consumption counterVA420The working principle is the recognized thermal mass measurement principle. During the measurement process, the heating sensor is cooled by the surrounding gas,The degree of cooling directly depends on the quality of the air flowing through it.Therefore, an additional pressure and temperature compensation is unnecessary.
Due to its compact design, it can monitor the compressed air system of all compressors and is suitable for the smallest compressed air pipelines(1/4”...2”).VA400Consuming sensors can be used for larger diameter pipelines (from)DN 50arriveDN300). In addition to compressed air, other gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon dioxide can also be measured.

In most cases, compressed air will carry oil, condensate, dirt, and particles, which can cause corrosion of compressed air measuring instruments during this period, leading to measurement errors and even system crashes.
Currently, compressed air counters on the market usually cannot be cleaned,If they get dirty, replace them directly. The integrated counter "measuring device" cannot be removed under air compression Therefore, an expensive bypass pipeline is necessary.

Mobile phone usage
The counter, which is rapidly coupled through air compression, can be quickly integrated into the hose of the feed machine. The leakage rate can be determined when the machine is turned off, and the actual consumption can be obtained when the machine is running. The power supply is controlled by the main unit of the power socket. We recommend using a portable DS 300 compressed air analyzer to record data for a longer period of time
